Rita is one of our dentist advisors, and she’s originally from Portugal. She used to work as a dentist there when she decided to take the leap and move to the Netherlands to start a new career here. And she did this all by herself!
After some years, she got in touch with BGB and she traded the dental chair for a job where she gets to help other dentists who are starting a new life and job in the Netherlands. She knows what our BGB dentists are going through like no other, and she’s the perfect person to guide them on a personal and professional level.
Rita also organizes special BGB masterclasses for our BGB dentists that are already working in the Netherlands. She didn’t only find a new career in the Netherlands, but also a new love to whom she’s now happily married and they’re expecting their second child! Besides that, she’s a real chocoholic.
Rita helps our recruitment team to evaluate the dental skills of potential dentists who would like to join our program, so you’ll meet her during the selection process if you’re interested in starting a new career in Holland.
